Raj Rustagi

CEO & President

Raj Rustagi as founder and President of WX+B Cyber is responsible for the long-term growth strategy, and overall management and operations of the firm. Raj brings over 20 years of Cyber security expertise and 12+ years of senior management experience to the company.

As entrepreneur since 1989, Before founding WX+B Cyber Raj has run several consulting companies and led various Data warehousing projects in the BFSI sector.

Raj has also consulted for marquee clients like Citibank, Deutsche Bank, D&B, Merrill Lynch, Key Bank, and worked as a leading information systems analyst at AT&T Corporation.

Varun Gupta

CFO & COO

Varun Gupta as a founder and CFO of WX+B Cyber has demonstrated passion and unparalleled foresight in the areas of Strategic Marketing, Cyber Security, IAM, Customer Experience Management, Product Development, Brand Marketing, and E-Commerce.

As entrepreneur, Varun has run several Information Technology companies delivering various products, services and IT projects.

Varun has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry leading IT teams for clients like Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies, MetLife, and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Joe Graham

VP Project Services

Joe leads the WX+B Cyber engineering and technology team and is responsible for the full life cycle execution of technology projects at WX+B Cyber. At WX+B Cyber he has successfully implemented and supported multiple projects.

Prior to joining the WX+B Cyber team, Joe Graham has worked in senior technology lead and consulting positions at organizations such as United Nations, City of New York, Ambac Indemnity Corporation, and Merck-Medco.

Joe Graham holds a First Class Honors Degree in Engineering, specializing in Applied Computer Technologies from the University of London.

Steve Santini

ADVISOR TO THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Steve was the Head of Enterprise Access Management at Wells Fargo until April, 2020, where he was responsible for maturing the IAM practice to address regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Steve co-founded Cyber Intersections Group, a cyber-security consulting and investment firm advising growth stage solutions providers.

Previously, Steve spent 18 years at Bank of America in global leadership roles that included Identity and Access Management, Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, and Equity Financial Products Technology and Operations.

Leading into Bank of America, Steve was at Salomon Brothers for 14 years, managing technology development and operations for the Global Equity Derivatives Trading Division.

Kevin Xu

Advisor to the Leadership team

Kevin Xu has served as the technical and architecture lead for different investment banks in Wall Street including Bank of New York Mellon, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Lehman brothers for 20+ years. He has served both in building front office technology applications serving trading desks and enterprise infrastructure services.

Kevin Xu has a background in building and deploying IAM platforms and has been an enterprise solution architect for building solutions for different lines of business. He has devised multi year strategy for design, development, deployment and adoption of enterprise solutions across the firm. He is also the subject matter expert of IAM risk and controls required in an enterprise for auditory and regulatory requirements.
